As the founder and President of South Park Group, Jack has over three decades of expertise in the real estate industry.  His tenure spans roles in brokerage, marketing, asset management and development.
Over the course of his career, he has represented over $400 million in transactions and has led the development of over 1 million square feet of commercial and residential projects. Jack’s success has been led by his unwavering commitment to his clients, thoroughness in due diligence and ability to deliver solutions under unique circumstances.
Jack considers his greatest accomplishment his decades long relationships with his clients and investors, ranging from entrepreneurial sole proprietors to major institutional corporations. His continued passion for real estate is fueled by his vision for creating communities that reflect modern lifestyle and economic trends.

David Ravanshenas heads the Asset Management and Development division of South Park Group.
Mr. Ravanshenas’ approach is rooted in his technical background in construction management coupled with a deep understanding of client relations. His ability to assess project plans through multiple lenses has allowed his developments to progress successfully, under budget and on time. 
David’s interest in real estate was fostered under the supervision of his father and solidified while pursuing his Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship and Masters in Construction Management from the Viterbi School of Engineering at the University of Southern California.
An ambitious and savvy entrepreneur, David launched his professional career operating multiple businesses while a student at USC. 

Steve Ravan

Steve is a leader of the brokerage division of South Park Group and specializes in commercial leasing and acquisitions.
A native Angeleno, Steve has merged his in-depth knowledge of the city and his proficiency in real estate finance and management to identify optimal investment and leasing opportunities for his clients.  
Upon graduating from Boston University, with a B.S. in Business Management and Hospitality Administration, Steve joined South Park Group in 2005. Since then, he has completed landmark transactions across Los Angeles representing marquee tenants and landlords. 
Steve’s current focus is identifying and representing commercial investment opportunities in urban high-growth sub-markets. 

Sam Minasian

Sam Minasian has been a principle member of the commercial brokerage division of South Park Group since 1991.
Sam has advised and represented a multitude of deals spanning office, retail, hospitality and industrial properties. His previous experience as a restaurateur and retail business owner has given him invaluable insight into the complexities of site selection and lease negotiation.
Having completed commercial and retail transactions totaling over 8 million square feet, Sam credits his achievements to his ability to negotiate mutually beneficial terms, relentless dedication to helping clients achieve their goals and relationships with numerous landlords across the Greater Los Angeles area.

Kat directs all leasing and sales activity for the residential brokerage division of South Park Group.
A licensed broker, Kat leverages years of experience as a loan officer to ensure her clients negotiate favorable terms while maintaining financial flexibility. Additionally, she is a green home specialist, certified short sale negotiator and works extensively with foreclosure properties.
Her ability to implement creative sales and marketing strategies led to being named in the top 2% in the NRT Realtor network of over 40,000 agents in 2009 with Coldwell Banker. 
Kat is a proud member of the Urban Land Institute, California Association of Realtors and the Central City Association of Los Angeles.

President Jack Ravan founded South Park Group in 1979 as a humble, family-owned firm in Downtown Los Angeles. Mr. Ravan envisioned creating a singular resource with diverse real estate solutions. During the last 4 decades, the firm has helped pioneer the evolution of Los Angeles through the development and representation of creative projects and businesses.  To date, South Park Group has completed and represented projects valued in excess of $500,000,000 and 2 million square feet. The company is actively investing and brokering transactions across Southern California.


South Park Group is established as a 2 man operation in Downtown Los Angeles.


The group expands to the Westside of Los Angeles and doubles its team.


Opening of 7257 Beverly Bld, a converted Motel to contemporary office building.


Current HQ purchase is completed and further expansion in representation of Los Angeles market.


Syndication of first real estate investment and introductino of Asset Managemet department.


Purchase of Emil Brown Lofts, a historic manufacturing facility converted into live work lofts in 2009.


South Park Group expands services into Development Entitlements and Construction Management.


The company continues to represent, invest and consult on deals nationally.
