920 West 28th Street

920 W. 28th Street is an all girls house located on Frat Row, 5 minutes away from the USC Village. We have several room options available for the upcoming academic semester that we are hoping to fill over the next couple of weeks. Each room comes furnished with a bedframe, night stand, desk, chair, and dresser. Residents have access to common areas (gym, kitchen, living room, etc.) and shared, dormitory style bathrooms. The price for a Single room starts at $1400/month including utilities on a 12 month lease. We also have 1-2 Double rooms available so please contact us if that might be of interest to you.
