Steve is a key member of the brokerage division at the South Park Group and specializes in commercial leasing and sales acquisitions. His in-depth knowledge of the city and proficiency in real estate finance and management gives him a unique ability to identify optimal investments and leasing opportunities for his clients.
His approach is dedicated to working with his relationship based clients and seeking the highest returns for his Tenants, Landlord, and Investment clients.
Steve has represented over $400 Million in transactions both on the leasing and sales side of the business. Year over year, Steve continues to increase his deal volume, build the South Park Group brand and provide his clients with the best service in the industry.
Steve has been with the company since 2005 after pursuing degrees in Hospitality Administration and School of Management at Boston University and has completed landmark deals representing marquee tenants and landlords as SPG’s Senior Vice President.
In 2020, Steve partnered with Julie Meggat to form the South Park team for both commercial and residential transactions. The South Park team can provide clients with property valuations, consulting and representation for your commercial and residential portfolio.
